Renee brings over 32 years of experience in the dental industry, with a career that has progressed from Dental Assistant to Dental Administrator and, ultimately, Dental Practice Manager. This diverse background has given her a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative aspects of dental care, including patient relations, team leadership, scheduling, financial administration, and the day-to-day operations of a successful dental practice.

Throughout her career, Renee has remained dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members alike. She takes pride in mentoring staff, fostering teamwork, and contributing to the efficient, compassionate delivery of patient-centered care.

Outside of her professional life, Renee enjoys spending quality time with her husband, who is a firefighter, and their two daughters. Family, community involvement, and meaningful connections are important to her and reflect the same values she brings to her work each day.
